3D LASER SCANNING MACHINE -ZF 5010 / FARO FOCUS X130/TRIMBLE X7
The 3D Laser Profiler machine is a tripod-mounted device that measures all visible detail from the instrument’s central position. Using a “High” intensity Laser setting, each coordinate is measured 50 to 100 times in a few seconds to achieve high accuracy stable coordinates. Each point is stored with an X, Y, and Z coordinate. The scanner is located at positions from which the detail required is in line of sight, It is re-positioned around the site to ensure complete coverage of interesting areas/dimensions.

3D LASER MEASUREMENT System
We use high-precision Laser base coordinate measuring machines (CMM) fitted with a high-precision distance measurement laser device, with an accuracy of 0.5microns/meter. These devices also have inbuilt high accuracy absolute encoders with an accuracy of 0.5arc sec which gives horizontal and vertical angle measurements & auto-locking to the working sensor. PTB-certified software algorithm calculates 3D coordinates X, Y & Z. These collections of points help in the dimensional inspection of all deformities in mapped surfaces & geometries.
